This low impact form of exercise can be used to aid recovery from various injuries or operations e.g. lower back pain, hip replacement. It can be used as part of a fitness programme for athletes and dancers or can be used as a way of maintaining a healthy, functioning body.

Paola believes in a high standard of teaching by tailoring the classes to the individual. This creates a personal approach which clients can benefit from. The potential development of the client is greater due to the individual attention received.
